After graduating with honors from dental school at Université de Montréal in 2013, Dr. Jeremie Abikhzer completed a general residency program at the Jewish General Hospital affiliated to McGill University. He then returned to Université de Montréal to pursue his orthodontic specialty. The Charley Schultz Resident Scholar Award and the Invisalign Gallery University Challenge were among the various awards he received.
His Masters’ thesis focused on the prevalence of dental malocclusions in children with sleep-disordered breathing. His thesis awarded him the prestigious CIHR and FRSQ scholarships.
Dr. Jeremie Abikhzer is currently a staff member at Université de Montreal, where he teaches orthodontic graduate students. He has also successfully completed his board-certification fellowship and is a fellow of The Royal College of Dentists of Canada.
